Joe's magic does the trick

MIDDLETON Juniors came out on top against an improved Heyside team in a Rochdale and Oldham Youth League under 15s match.
Heyside were looking to upset the league leaders, and the teams fought an end to end battle for 20 minutes before Mark Regan forced the ball into the net.
Heyside equalised early in the second half, and Middleton knew they had a fight on their hands.
It was a bit of magic from attacking left back Joe Williams which broke the deadlock. He took the ball down the left, past three defenders, and delivered a perfect cross to the far post for Shaun Ryder to head home.
Juniors play in a cup final at Castleton Sports Centre on Sunday, kick-off 3.30pm.
