NORTHSIDE under nines A took on Failsworth West and soon found form with a great combination of passes.

Jake Hanson started the move which brought the opening goal, and finished it.

Great defending by Luke Moran and Connor Ogden stopped anything Failsworth had to offer.

Good second-half play by Kieran Cunningham and Chris Wilson enabled Tosin to bag two goals.

Reece Walsh made a couple of great saves.

Northside B were soon under pressure from a very strong Boundary Park A team which scored in the first minute.

But they soldiered on and went close to a quick equaliser.

Good saves by stand-in keeper Kyle McNullity were not enough to keep Boundary at bay.

Callum Duffy, Jordan Whitehouse, Luke Jones and Chris Fox played some lovely football in the middle of the park, but Northside were no match on the day for a good Park side.
