NORTHSIDE under nines A took on Broadway Celtic on a very wet Saturday morning.
Northside took an early lead with a sharp goal from Tolsin, and his strike was followed by goals from Jake Hanson (3), Nick Bradley, Keiran Cunningham, and three more from Tolsin.
Good defencive work by Luke Moran, Chris Wilson and Connor Ogden made it an easy day for keeper Reece Walsh.
Northside B had a hard fought battle against Failsworth West which they lost 3-0.
Keeper Joseph Steele, and defenders Craig Nightingale, Kyle McNulty and captain Ben Casey stopped what could have been a heavy defeat.
