Double joy

THERE was double joy for Blackley last Sunday when they took on Chadderton at the VASA Club.
They won 4-0 in a semi-final of the Greater Manchester Super League's divisional cup, then won 6-1 in a league match.
Blackley will play Bury in the final this coming Sunday.
Their cup winners were Mark Smith, Steve Whitehead, Scott Morris and John Downs.
The same four, along with Mick Kenway and Dave Cullen, ensured the league victory. Morris included a 180.
