DYNAMOS' improved form continued as they took another huge step towards respectability.

The first half ended goal-less, but Dynamos had already shown several glimpses of the high standard of football they are capable of.

In the second half both teams wasted several good chances.

Droylsden broke the stalemate when a flat-footed Dynamos' defence gifted them an easy chance.

Until then Dynamos had defended solidly, with Mike Johnstone leading by example to ensure any Droylsden attacks were quickly dealt with

It took only a little over 10 minutes to cancel out the Droylsden lead. Adam Foster was the provider for Darren Hoolickin to convert from close range.

With 20 minutes left Dynamos got their just deserts. James Turley found himself in space on the right of the Droylsden area and cut inside to hit a low shot past the advancing keeper.

There were still some nervous moments to come for the Alkrington team and keeper Ryan Farrell had to be alert more than once.
