ALKRINGTON completed a double in the Greater Manchester Super Darts League Division Two when they won at Little Hulton on Sunday.

They are now second in the table on 25 points, eight behind leaders Rochdale Borough.

Mark Holden was in terrific form and it was his win which secured victory. He hit 501 legs of 11 and 15 darts.

Jimmy Phillips, Carl Langley, and Steve Service who rounded off a 15-darter with a brilliant 158 checkout, had put Alkrington 3-1 up.

Hulton pulled one back before Matt Langley got the better of Lee Grimshaw to make it 5-2.

Alkrington entertain Chadderton at the Apple and Pear on Sunday, start 12.30pm.
