Select fix date for fight night

MIDDLETON Select will stage an amateur boxing show at Middleton Civic Centre on Thursday 28 April.
Boxers from the Middleton and Boarshaw clubs will face selected opponents.
It is hoped to stage 11 bouts, and if last year's tournament is anything to go by the show will be another smash hit.
The first bout is due in the ring at 8pm.
Tickets, priced £8 and £4, are available from the Civic Centre.
