MIDDLETON Boys under 14s rounded off their season with a 5-3 home win over Fletcher Moss.

Arron Lewis opened the scoring after five minutes, but poor defending allowed Moss a quick equaliser.

Darrel Johnson put Middleton back in front only for Moss to level again.

Nick Alexander bagged a brace before Joe Brobbin wrapped it up with a freekick from 25-yards out.

Antony Rowe was named player-of-the-match for his hard work in defence.
