Big match specials at Towncroft

THE Central Lancashire Cricket League will play the Lancashire League at Middleton's Towncroft ground on Friday, start 2pm.

The team is: Lee Wolstenholme, Mark Gardner and Jim Ryan (all Middleton), M Dawson (Walsden), C Dearden and A Collins (Littleborough), B Cross (Heywood), J Foxall (Werneth), H Malik (Norden), S Moore (Oldham), Si Wright (Crompton). The 12th man is P Tomlinson (Middleton).

  • ANOTHER big match comes at Towncroft on Monday when Lancashire seconds take on Nottinghamshire seconds.
  • THE third big match of the weekend comes on Sunday when Middleton take on Norden in a CLL match. Both teams are in a breakaway group bidding for the CLL title.
