Jolly Carter dented the double hopes of Middleton Ladies’ League Division One champions Friendship when they beat them by the odd game in seven in the divisional knockout final.
Carters Arms and Brunswick, who finished joint third, fought out a close division two final. Brunswick won 4-3.
