Woodside can't close the gap

DARTS: WOODSIDE beat White House 4-3 in a Middleton Men's Thursday League double-header last week, but stayed seven and a half points behind leaders Grove.
Grove enjoyed a 6-1 win over Middleton Junction, while third placed Middleton Con won by the odd game in seven at the Black Bull.
The closest match was at the Duke of York where the home side and Lancashire Fold shared a 3-3 and a set tie.
Grove have a five-point lead over Woodside in the gallon league. Charlestown are a further three points behind in third place.
