Play-off success for boys' under seven hot shots

MIDDLETON Boys under sevens ended their season in style last Saturday.
They defeated Deans Sports in a play-off final.
Boys ran out 3-1 winners in the match played at Manchester United’s training ground, Ayrshire Road.
Jack Abbott (2), and Lewis Bushnell were on target.
The win capped a superb campaign in which, after losing the first two games, they posted 12 successive victories to qualify for the final.
Coach Darren Teat was delighted and said: "The boys have done really well. They have worked hard, and I am pleased with the progress they have made."
