TIM Presswood, chairman of the Healthy Futures Joint Committee, said: "We have taken a long and very thorough look at how the NHS can provide the best care for patients in the north east of Greater Manchester. Improvements in healthcare and changes in health needs mean patients no longer have to go to hospital for every type of treatment.


 

MP’s hospital campaign ‘won’t harm Middleton’

MIDDLETON MP Jim Dobbin says his support of Fairfield Hospital in the fight to keep children's and maternity services will not put those at North Manchester General in jeopardy.
