Christmas Day baby joy

HERE'S proud mum Shabana Ali showing off her little bundle of Christmas joy.
Mrs Ali, 41, of Rochdale Road, Middleton, gave birth to baby boy Sultan Zafar Ali at 7.45am on Christmas Day.
Sultan, who weighed a healthy 8lbs 6oz at birth, was Middleton's only Christmas baby this year.
Delighted dad Zafar Ali said: "It's brilliant, we are so happy and really pleased. We just feel very lucky to have him."
Baby Sultan is Mr and Mrs Ali's seventh child, with three older brothers and three older sisters. Mr Ali did not know whether Sultan would be their last. "It's not really in our control," he said.
