Stolen drugs warning

POLICE are issuing a warning following the theft of drugs during a burglary at a house in Moston.

The occupant returned to the house on Moston Lane shortly before 9pm on Sunday, and discovered that a number of electrical items had been stolen along with a quantity of drugs.

The drugs consisted of Dothipam tablets and a bottle of methadone. Should anyone be offered this medication or find it, they are asked to contact their nearest police station.

The burglary occurred sometime after 1pm on Sunday and anyone with any information is asked to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
