A bit about ... David Soul

HE was the heartthrob in 70s cop show Starsky and Hutch, more recently the star of Jerry Springer the Opera, now David Soul stars in Mack and Mabel at the Palace Theatre.

The first thing I do when I wake up is ... Roll over, kiss my partner and try and go back to sleep
Ideally I would spend every day ... doing something I love doing
If money was no object I would ... wonder why?
The greatest gift I have ever received was ... a suprise
My one piece of advice would be ... know your limitations
My first job was ... delivering newspapers door to door
I'm scared of ... being trapped in an underground tunnel
I'm excited by ... live theatre and first nights
If I could go back in time and do one thing again it would be ... finish university
