Poor little fella, left with paella
by Rachel Broady28/ 4/2005
CORONATION STREET Chesney leaves for Spain but
as he's going Cruella de Cilla and Les are heading back to
Weatherfield.
The little lad could end up sitting alone on Levante with a bag of
chips.
On hearing the news, Cilla doesn't panic and instead decides he
should enjoy his plane ride...then snaps and threatens to have Roy
nicked for abduction.
Angela may not be facing a murder charge but is still facing
charges.
I can hear it now, "Angela Harris you are charged with looking from
side to side like a mad hag far too often during recent
scenes".
She's looking at four years in prison but I reckon she should get
life for her sins against acting. On Albert Square.
Ian is playing Sally like a cheap fiddle and saying he wants to
make a go of it with the missus while chatting up customers before
sending her on a butty run. Ooh, he's a one.
Candice is begging for £300 to join a presenting course but Audrey
won't cough up.
Hopefully, the actress will have similar issues when trying to
pursue her singing career.
And this is the week Gandalf joins the book club much to Blanche's
excitement (well, she does have a bit of a hobbit look about
her).
After complaining of writers' block he sees Janice and Cilla
scrapping in the street and is inspired enough to stay and write
his novel at Emily's.
EMMERDALE The hormones are raging in the village
again.
Sadie Kensit is using Cain and Robert's lustful devotion to get
them to find out about Jimmy's finances, while Louise is wracked
with guilt about her shenanigans with Matthew behind Terry's back.
I tell you, now that Paddy has cheated on Emily I wouldn't put owt
past these villagers!
But more problems could stem from the Dingle pact to give up the
booze. Rodney bets them £500 that they can't give up beer for a
month leaving Chas, Zak and Shadrach tee-total.
Surely the habit will be replaced with taunting Viv in the post
office, setting the King's horses free or even streaking? No, but
Shadrach fails to live up to the bet and wees in the street in full
view of Edna and, when the bet's back on, he's told if he loses he
has to take a bath in the main street. Hang on a minute...a
bath?
EASTENDERS Martin is leaving the Square to travel
to Edinburgh but sadly we know he'll be back because he isn't
heading to Manchester! It's Asif's stag party (remember him?) and
while he's gone Ian and Pauline search for Chloe's grandmother's
address. Meanwhile, Gary and Minty go for a meal with girls they
met at speed dating. If that isn't an advert against such
activities, I don't know what is!
